Express Shipping
Global Protection is happy to announce that we now offer express shipping options. Next Day Air Service and 2nd Day Air Service are shipping options that are available for an additional charge. Please note that these options expedite the shipping time only. In-stock items will ship TWO BUSINESS DAYS after the day the initial order is placed. We will make every effort to expedite back-ordered product. Original shipping is non-refundable.


Safe Shopping
Our shopping process uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) transmissions, the industry standard for secure transmissions on the Internet. SSL encrypts your credit card information so that it is unreadable until we receive it. Your credit card information is only requested on pages that are hosted on our Secure Server


Sales Tax
A 6% sales tax will be added to orders from New Jersey residents only.

Cancellations
We ask that you please make sure that your order is correct prior to submitting it to us. Once you place your order our systems begin processing. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at cancellations@4scapehoods.com. We will make every effort to stop the items from being shipped. However, once the order has been tagged for shipping, we will be unable to change or cancel your order, thus you will need to follow the Return Policy procedures stated below to return the items for exchange or refund. All cancellations will require a cancellation confirmation number. Claims of cancellation without this number will not be considered valid.


Returns
If you receive a damaged item please contact us. We will determine whether replacement parts or a replacement product will be sent.
Return shipping charges for any undamaged returns are at the customer’s expense. A twenty percent handling fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. All returns MUST include a return authorization number (RAN). You can obtain an RAN by filling out the “RAN FORM” by clicking here or by contacting us during our normal office hours. RAN numbers expire twenty-one days after issue. All returned products must be securely packed in the original packaging with all paperwork and accessories included. We are unable to refund money for items that have been opened, used or are missing any parts, manuals, or registration cards. All returns must include a note with the RAN number, the reason for the return, customer contact information and description of the items being returned (Model name, SKU and manufacturer). In order to have a return processed quickly and efficiently, you should enclose this note in an envelope taped to the outside of the box. You may ship the return by the method of your choice, though we do recommend that you insure your package, since we are not responsible for items shipped to us until those items reach our dock. Include your RAN number as part of our address on your package (as shown below). Our warehouse will refuse packages that do not include an RAN number. Global Protection, Inc. cannot be responsible for shipping charges related to returns that are refused by our warehouse for not bearing a valid RAN. Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Global Protection, Inc. due to an incorrect shipping address provided, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the new delivery costs and any change of address fees that may occur during the delivery process.
